Trying to get into a building that only has stairs, trying to read posted information that isn’t made accessible for those with sight issues. Whether you need assistance in and out of the car, or a hand to get into the doorway of your destination. We strive to always go one step further, to ensure that you are safe and secure on your way. Patience and understanding are key values we place on our driving staff, and assure that you will be treated with respect, dignity, and assisted with a helping hand only if need be, or requested.
It follows up with our vehicles. We understand that most people view accessible vehicles as simply ramps attached to the side of vans. But we have seen enough to know that there is a wide variety of needs than can be met across a wide spectrum of people. Whether vocally assisting with door lock locations, seat belt adjustment, or otherwise, we will see to it that you are safe and secure no matter your needs.
For those who do require the assistance of a wheelchair, we possess a vehicle more than capable of suiting your needs. With access ramps, chair locks, and adjusted seating, you will be relieved to know that you are safe and secure on your travels before the parking brake is disengaged. Our staff can assist you in and out of the vehicle at your request, as we understand that your personal space extends to the chair itself, and would not attempt to do anything to make you feel rushed, or uncomfortable.
As accessible vehicles are in shorter supply, we do suggest that you call ahead with your plans, a few hours at least. The day before can be preferable and allow us to schedule accordingly, but we are also aware that emergencies do come up, and strive to be at your service when the services are needed. Allow yourself to rest assured knowing that you or your loved one will be well taken care of while in our company.
